TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rate includes complimentary breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.30am (breakfast menu is available with cost after this time). The pool (open from late October to mid April) is of exclusive use of guests of the hotel, for non-guests pool rates apply with prior management consent. All rooms are non-smoking and a cleaning fee of one night rate applies if not complied. Smoking is only allowed in the garden and open air areas.

Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

If you wish an early check in or a late check out please request in advance. Enquire about rates and availability.

Booking Conditions:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-paid. No reservation will be held until all details of the guests credit card have been supplied. Home Hotel will confirm the reservation in writing upon receiving full details. Please read our cancelation policy carefully before booking as there are no exceptions.

Cancellation, Modification Policy and No Show:

The following cancelation policy applies on Rack Rates. Please check special conditions for promotional rates. Confirming a reservation implies acceptance of Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy detailed here

• Cancellation & Modification 4 days before check in date: No charge
• Cancellation & Modification under 3 days before check in date: 100% of total stay will be charged.

A no show 24 hours after check in time (2pm) of the arrival date shall be considered a No Show and the entire stay wil be charged to guarantee credit card at full rate without notice.

All cancellations must be made in writing, no cancellations can be made by telephone nor whatsapp. Home Hotel will acknowledge receipt of cancellation in writing.
